Website analytics (optional)

With your consent, we run our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Nothing is shared with an analytics company. If you accept, a small script on this website records the pages you view, how long each page is visible, how far you scroll, where on the page you click (as a position and the type of element, never what you type into forms), the referring website, your device type and screen size, and a random identifier that does not identify you by name.

We do not store your IP address for analytics. A shortened, one-way scrambled version is used briefly to stop abuse and is not kept with your analytics data. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 13 months.

What is stored on your device

• ark_consent (local storage, strictly necessary): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. Kept for 12 months.
• ark_vid (local storage, analytics, only if you accept): a random visitor identifier. Kept until you clear it or withdraw consent.
• ark_sid (session storage, analytics, only if you accept): a random identifier for the current visit. Deleted when you close the tab.

The staff portal uses strictly necessary security cookies for signed-in staff only.

Changing your choice

You can accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and it deletes the analytics identifiers from your device.
