Why Arkiden exists
A website or piece of software becomes valuable when it helps someone do their work. We start with the people, the process and the points where time is being lost, then design around what would make a practical difference.
Tom brings development experience and a background in accounting and audit. Loraine brings finance and administrative insight. Kerri brings experience in operations, procurement and customer service. Together, those perspectives help us consider the work around the software as carefully as the software itself.
We are based in the UK and work with businesses internationally, creating websites, bespoke software, graphic design and content, with an ongoing service to support them.

Founder & Lead Developer
Tom is the founder and lead developer of Arkiden. His interest in software began at 12, and he later worked in accounting and audit before establishing the business. He now designs and builds websites and bespoke software, alongside the content and ongoing support those projects need.
Meet TomChief Administrative Officer
Loraine brings experience in finance, operations management and accounts assistance. Her attention to detail and instinct for organisation help Arkiden focus on the practical improvements that make everyday business work easier.
Meet LoraineChief Operations Officer
Kerri is our Chief Operations Officer, with 20 years’ experience across the motor and IT industries. She specialises in operations and customer service, backed by a strong grounding in sales, vendor management and marketing, and she always puts the customer first.

Working with us
You receive an early demo to try, with a target of 2–3 days after we agree the brief and receive the essentials. Your feedback helps us refine the screens, workflows and details before the full release.
The relationship continues after launch. Hosting, maintenance, regular check-ins and agreed improvements help the system stay useful as your business changes. You have a team to talk to, with scope, responsibilities and support arrangements set out clearly.
