Security

Careful design.
Clear responsibility.

Security is considered throughout the work: how people sign in, which information they can access, how changes are released and how the system is looked after.

Our approach

Protection that fits the work.

We agree the controls appropriate to the information, people and services involved in each project.

01

Access designed around real roles

People receive access appropriate to their responsibilities. Company boundaries, sensitive records and administrative actions are considered explicitly, with checks of what each role can read or change.

02

Protected records and files

Data and document access are designed together. Private files, sharing controls, encrypted connections and retention settings are configured around the agreed requirements.

03

Credentials kept out of the browser

Privileged credentials and sensitive integrations are handled on the server. Access to operating accounts is restricted to the people who need it for delivery and support.

04

Changes reviewed before release

We use preview environments and test the agreed workflows, including permissions and important failure cases. Release responsibilities and approval stages are defined with you.

05

Maintenance and recovery

Support plans set out updates, backup and retention arrangements, recovery procedures and responsibilities. The coverage and frequency are agreed for the system being supported.

06

A clear response to an issue

Reported issues are assessed and assigned for investigation. The support arrangement defines contact routes, escalation and how we keep the responsible people informed.

Report an issue

Tell us what you have found.

Email a description, the affected page or product, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please avoid including passwords, access keys or sensitive customer records.
